Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park

At the western tip of the island of Montreal, where the Lac des Deux-Montagnes meets the Rivière des Prairies, lies the largest park in the Réseau des grands parcs. This country estate boasts multiple water views, a natural sandy beach, two heated cottages, a sugar shack and an ecological farm that produces organic vegetables and raises animals. The Corporation-D-Trois-Pierrres is responsible for running the farm.

Park activities: swimming, biking, tobogganing, snowshoeing (5 km), hiking (7 km), cross-country skiing (14 km) and fatbike biking (6.5 km). Sports enthusiasts can also take advantage of our equipment rental service. And don’t miss the historic buildings of Maison Thomas-Brunet and Château Gohier.
