A 268-hectare park encompassing Île Sainte-Hélène and Notre-Dame. It features beaches, an aquatic complex, the Île Notre-Dame lake, pavilions, an Olympic basin, a casino, the Gilles Villeneuve racetrack, gardens, a museum, La Ronde and more.

In winter, when conditions are favorable, Écorécréo offers skate, sled, cross-country ski and scooter rentals every weekend. In summer, bicycles and electric bikes are available for hire.

Access to the park is via the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, Concorde Bridge, Jean-Drapeau metro station and a river shuttle.
