This new 5,000-hectare protected area was inaugurated in June 2009. It straddles the municipalities of Sutton, Potton and Bolton-Ouest. It features 15 km of new hiking trails linked to the vast 135 km network of trails throughout the Sutton Mountains. Its name refers to the extension of Vermont’s Green Mountains on this side of the border.
