Plaisance National Park

Situated on the banks of the Ottawa River, this 28, km2 territory is made up of islands, bays and marshes.
Half of Quebec’s invertebrate species can be found here.
Many bird species can be observed, particularly during the migratory period.
The main activities are canoeing and kayaking.
Guiding services are available.
Hiking trails total 42 km.
A 500 -metre floating boardwalk lets you discover the marsh and the various aquatic plants that grow there.
There are 26 km of multifunctional trails for cycling.
Canoe, kayak, paddleboard, rowboat and bicycle rentals are available.
