Michel-Chartrand Park

Covering an area of 1,850,000 square meters, Parc Michel-Chartrand includes a conservation area, an observation marsh, three artificial lakes and community gardens. There’s also a sundial, a children’s playground, two pétanque courts and a rest area with picnic tables.

Open 365 days a year, the park offers a wide range of outdoor activities. Nearly 20 kilometers of bike paths, hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and an ecological trail crisscross this urban forest. You’ll have access to fascinating flora and fauna, and in winter, to a tobogganing slope with mechanical lift and an ice rink for skating.
