The trails run mainly along the Rivière aux Rosiers. They wind their way through a boreal forest and allow you to discover the river, numerous waterfalls, natural lookouts and panoramic viewpoints. It’s one of Manicouagan’s most popular trails. Originally, the trails totalled 25 km, but maintenance in recent years has concentrated on the waterfall sector, which corresponds to the central section of the network.
The Chutes de la Rivière-aux-Rosiers trail is easy to intermediate. The beginning of the trail is relatively flat, but some steeper sections require a little more effort. Most of the waterfalls are located halfway along the trail, near the small refuge. A hebertism trail is located in the area of the falls. In winter, the trails can be explored on snowshoes.
