Situated at the mouth of the Rivière aux Outardes, you disembark by sea kayak.
There are four islands and a dozen reefs.
The area is ideal for observing marine mammals.
You’ll see cormorants, terns, scoters, sandpipers and razorbills.
Occasionally, young harbor seals (sea wolves) come our way.
On the reefs, grey seals gather by the dozen.
The area is suitable for kayakers of all levels.
More experienced kayakers can head for the Pointe-aux-Outardes nature park.
