La grande boucle Zen’Nature” hiking trail offers 4 routes of 15 to 25 km, covering a total distance of 65.5 km, crossing the territories of the Saint-Zénon and Trudeau outfitters, the Zec des Nymphes and the Zec Lavigne, as well as the Parc régional des 7 Chutes. You can take a group for a day hike, or a long hike of up to 4 days, with accommodation in campsites (self-contained or with luggage transport) or in cottages, B&Bs and inns.
