The highest skiable peak in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, with a vertical drop of 450 metres. The mountain offers magnificent views of the Saguenay Fjord and the village of L’Anse-Saint-Jean, a member of the Association des plus beaux villages du Québec.
Mont-Édouard offers almost 20 km of haute-route ski trails (ascent in sealskin) in 8 sectors, with 4 summit huts. You can choose guided or self-guided itineraries. A network of 32 km of snowshoe trails of varying degrees of difficulty takes you to several observation points with breathtaking panoramas. For cross-country skiers, 4 trails are available for classic and skate skiing. Fatbike enthusiasts will be delighted by a 10 km circuit through valleys and plains.
At the bottom of the resort’s slopes, two tubing and tobogganing lanes are open on weekends. The resort offers snowshoe, walking stick, high-performance ski, high-route ski and splitboard rentals.
In summer, Mont Edouard becomes a paradise for cyclists and hikers, with 6 enduro runs, camping at the summit and at the base of the resort, and over 20 km of hiking for all abilities. Camping available at the summit.
