The velorail in Beaulac-Garthby

The velorail is a small vehicle consisting of two bicycles attached to a platform with two additional seats.
It can travel on a railroad track and is powered by the passengers’ muscles!
This original concept originated in Europe, but is nowhere else to be found in Quebec.
Each velorail can accommodate four adults and children, with two pedalers on each bike and two sitting in the middle.
Whether as a couple or a family, for a 10km or 20km ride, it’s a great way to get out and about in the countryside.
It’s a great way to get active and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Note: Departures are from Parc Bellerive on rue St-Jacques in Beaulac-Garthby.
