Full-day and half-day packages are available, whether you’re alone, with friends or in a group, a beginner or an expert… Established at the exit of the renowned rapids of the “Tewkesbury” section of the Jacques-Cartier River, Expéditions Nouvelle Vague offers a program to suit everyone’s tastes.
“The Jacques-Cartier River rises in Lac Jacques-Cartier at L’Étape in the Laurentian reserve. In 1829, the Huron nicknamed it “Lahdaweoole”, meaning “from afar”. It flows for 177 km to reach the St. Lawrence River at Donnacona. Four sections of this river are part of Expéditions Nouvelle Vague’s daily routine.
