Located in Parc Pie-XII, this cavern is 35 metres long and has an 8-metre vertical drop.
The entrance opens onto a rectangular room measuring approximately 2 metres high, 3 metres wide and 13 metres long.
On its walls, you can clearly see the subhorizontal stratification of limestone rocks belonging to the Ordovician Trenton Group, dating back over 450 million years.
The St-Léonard borough has been operating and animating the site for over fifteen years, in collaboration with the Société québécoise de spéléologie.
Visits must be booked in advance.
