Berthier Conservation and Interpretation Society

On the Berthier islands, the trails on Île de la Commune and Île du Milieu are managed by SCIRBI, a non-profit organization.
The 10 km of trails are easy, but can be muddy in wet weather.
There are three observation towers.
Here you can observe the diversity of flora and fauna of a typical Lac Saint-Pierre marsh.
During the summer, several workshops are organized to help you discover the richness of this natural environment.
In winter, three cross-country ski trails totalling 19 km and 8.5 km of snowshoe trails are available.
