Amisk Aventure offers a network of shelters on the shores of Lac Taureau.
Inaccessible by car, they can be reached by foot, ATV, boat, snowshoe or snowmobile.
Transportation is also available.
Fully furnished and equipped for cooking, you need only bring your own bedding and cooler.
A wood-burning stove is available for cold winter nights, and wood is provided.
Canoe and kayak rentals are also available from Amisk Aventure.
Meeting place if you are taking transport
From Saint-Michel-des-Saints, take Chemin des Aulnaies to the left, and Chemin Manawan to the right.
At km 13.5, you’ll find the reception area for Parc Régional du Lac Taureau.
Trail access
At km 16 of Chemin Manawan, turn right and continue to km 19 of Chemin du Barrage.
Here you’ll find the parking lot for the Baie du Milieu trail.
