Un Lac au Sommet trail

Snowshoeing the Un Lac au Sommet trail in the village of Marston

This 4.2 km linear hiking trail will take you to several viewpoints in the municipality of Marston in the Eastern Townships. Admire Lac Megantic, cross the magnificent Victoria River and gaze out over Lac à Jos-Gilbert. At the end of the trail, a lookout awaits you for a picnic or rest. An interpretation panel explains the curious phenomenon of ridges around Lac à Jos-Gilbert.

Access

One trailhead is located at the Centre des Loisirs, 130 Route 263 South, and another at the end of 5e Rang South. Please note that dogs are not allowed and the trail is closed during the hunting season, from September 1 to December 1.
