Mount Ham Regional Park

Part of the Appalachian lowlands, Mount Ham was formed over 500 million years ago by the movement of continental plates. From its 713-metre summit, you can enjoy a 360° view of the surrounding area. There are 22 km of easy-to-intermediate trails for hiking and snowshoeing.

The site is managed by a non-profit organization called “Le développement du Mont Ham”. Their mission is to promote the flora and fauna of the region and to create new services and activities…
