The Standon Trails offer hikers over 30 km of mountain trails. Each trail offers unique views of Standon’s landscape of mountains, valleys and meanders. Geocaching enthusiasts can practice their activity on the trails. Two GPS units are available for hire from the tourist information office.
The 2.8 km Urubus trail takes you to the summit of the Trois Cantons. It overlooks the Mont Orignal ski resort. Enjoy a picnic on the summit’s rocky cape while admiring the breathtaking 360-degree landscape. The 3 Piquets trail takes you over 3.5 km to Rivière des Fleurs and Mont du Soleil. Once at the summit, you’ll realize that the beauty of the panorama is more than worth the effort of the climb. The 2.2 km Pèlerin trail leads to a lookout point at the summit of Mont des Méandres.
