Gleason is a non-profit organization. Its mission is to be an ever-evolving mountain, offering a safe, diversified outdoor and skiing experience in a friendly atmosphere. The ski area has 20 trails and 10 glades; 72% of the trails are lit for evening skiing. The mountain also offers a tubing zone with 5 corridors and a descent length of 435 meters. There are 9 snowshoe trails totalling 8.3 km. Alpine hiking is also possible. Ascent is via the Cascades trail, snowshoe trails and the Intrépide trail.
In summer, 12 km of hiking trails are available free of charge. Trailheads are located at the top of the Pente-école Desjardins and near the slide parking lot. Picnic tables are available. Leashed dogs are allowed.
