Drummond Forest Regional Park

Hikers on a forest trail

An exceptional forest massif, the Forêt Drummond regional park was created in April 2020. The magnificent Saint-François River runs through the center of the regional park, which offers activities on both sides of the river. Located less than 10 km from Highway 20, the park’s two shores offer quick access to the heart of a rich and inviting natural environment! On both the EAST and WEST shores, outdoor enthusiasts enjoy year-round access to the Drummond Forest Regional Park.

Activities

Whatever the season, the Forêt Drummond regional park offers free activities on both sides of the Saint-François River. Both banks, accessible from our main parking areas, offer superb forest landscapes and frequent views of the river. Activities include cross-country mountain biking (east bank), walking, running, cycling and sport fishing in summer. In winter, fatbike (EASTERN shore) and winter walking are available.

Access

Three sectors provide access to the Forêt Drummond regional park: the Érables Argentés sector (EAST shore) at 300 rang Sainte-Anne in Drummondville, the Île Jersey sector (WEST shore) at 3600 chemin du Golf Ouest in Saint-Majorique-de-Grantham, and the Bonaventure sector (WEST shore) at 1 rang du Bassin in Saint-Bonaventure. Parking is free of charge.
