Lac de l’Aqueduc Trail – La Nature d’Alexis

This trail, recognized as one of the most beautiful by regular hikers, takes you to Lac de l’Aqueduc: a sanctuary of beauty and tranquillity. After a 20-30 minute walk, you’ll come to a lookout point, strategically located some 800 m from the start of the trail, offering a breathtaking view of the village and surrounding area. A picnic area is also available.

It takes about 1 hour to walk up to Lac de l’Aqueduc. From there, it’s a 2 km walk around the lake. In the first third, take time to stop at the big rock. At the lake, 1.2 km away, you’ll find another picnic area. The whole route totals almost 6 km and takes just over 2 hours.

Parking and access

First, go to the tourist office or Beau-Soir dépanneur in Saint-Alexis-des-Monts to pay the access fee. Parking and access to the trail are located on
rue Pellerin, in the village of Saint-Alexis-des-Monts.
