The park Located in the heart of the Petite-Cascapédia river valley, the park offers a wild and natural environment.
The terrain is formed by a chain of mountains.
Some summits offer magnificent views of the Baie-des-Chaleurs. Pin Rouge alpine ski center With its 450-metre vertical drop, Pin Rouge is one of the highest mountains in Eastern Quebec and the Maritimes.
A quad chairlift takes you to the top of the mountain.
There are 22 trails ranging from easy to very-difficult. Station touristique Pin Rouge At the foot of the mountain, a magnificent pedestrian village of 32 chalets offers quality accommodation.
Activities include hiking, mountain biking, swimming in the pool, water games, white-tailed deer watching and fishing on the Petite-Cascapédia River. Kayaking Leaving from the Pin Rouge station or near the St-Edgar bridge, you can paddle down the Petite-Cascapédia for about 20 kilometers (5 hours), ending up in the Baie-des-Chaleurs.
