Domaine du Radar

Children and adults at the start of the toboggan run in the Radard ski area

Located on a former military air surveillance base, Domaine du Radar covers 275 acres. It is distinguished by its mountain, Mont Sainte-Marguerite, whose summit rises to an altitude of 678 metres, and by its military remains. The estate includes two lakes, several green spaces for your activities and events, a reception hall, picnic areas, several wilderness camping sites, a large inn and several kilometers of hiking trails.

In summer, enjoy a sandy beach, volleyball court and children’s playground and waterslide. You can also try out the 5 km hebertism course with obstacles, accessible to young and old alike. A guided tour of the Radar’s history from the 1950s to the present day is also offered.

In winter, come and discover Austrian sledging. 2 runs of 2.3 km await you: the family run, which is accessible to all, and the impressive Kamikaze run, which is sure to thrill! Climb the mountain on snowshoes or sealskin skis and enjoy 3 trails with a 200-metre vertical drop for off-piste skiing. For a stroll on your own or with the family, explore the 4 km of snowshoe trails.
