Club de ski de fond et raquette Pleins Poumons

Cross-country ski and snowshoe club located in the municipality of Dégelis, in the heart of the Lake Témiscouata and Madawaska River valleys. The Pleins Poumons club offers 35 kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails (classic and skating styles), including the 9.5-km Jack Rabbit expert trail, as well as 12 kilometers of snowshoe trails. For fatbikers (bikes with oversized tires), there are trails specially designed for this sport: a 9.5 km family section and a 10.5 km intermediate/expert trail.
