Mount Sugar Loaf sector – Appalachian Park

Description

14 km loop, well-groomed trails. Steep ascent and descent of Sugar Loaf; the rest flat. Beautiful view of Bellechasse from the summit. Start at the “La Langue-de-chatte” parking lot. You can go via Ste-Appoline-de-Patton or Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard.

The route follows the intermediate-level Les Castors trail (#14), the burnt bridge trail (#10), then the difficult Garde-feu trail (#11), which leads to the summit.
