A.D.E.L.E, l’association du développement écologique du lac Édouard, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to seed the lake and maintain the trails. The trails criss-cross the boreal forest, which is made up of coniferous and many resinous species, as well as a few deciduous species, including the red maple. There are a total of 11 trails, ranging in length from 0.4 km to 2.8 km each. They are divided into three sectors: Baie Bouleau, Baie Power and Baie William.
The L’Ours trail, located in the Baie Bouleau sector, passes over an elevated rocky headland with a view of Lac Édouard. Les Castors trail offers a view of the village. In the Baie William sector, the Geai bleu trail climbs a small mountain to an altitude of 450 metres. This is the highest point in the sector. It overlooks a 27-km stretch of Lac Édouard.
