45 Minutes from the forest of the Eagle, the Lake is full of Islands and islets where Cedars sticking their roots. It is 21 km long, but with its neighbor, Lake Pémichangan, they totalled 31 miles. Its shores wooded landscapes reveal surprising geological attractions. It is a place few operated and known for the clarity of its water and abundant fishing. Lake Trout, Lake Whitefish, Northern Pike from the North and bass are present in the Lake. It is also an excellent location for kayak and Canoe-camping. Rustic camping sites were built by the municipalities of the Lake. You can also camp free of charge across Lake provided they avoid private land. There is a ramp to the municipality of Saint-Thérèse de Gatineau water right next to the hostel of the thirty-one miles. Also can be accessed by the municipality of Bouchette where a detailed map of the Lake is available. There are lodge Eau Claire Lake for those prefer comfort instead of camping in a tent.

Ste-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau, white-tailed deer interpretation Centre of Virginia has a trail more 12 km, between the Lake of thirty-one thousand and the village. In the store, can procure a plastic map of the Lake.
